Here is the official announcement from the Board President:

Dear REDA Members and Community Partners,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I wanted to let you know that recently, Cheryl Maloney resigned her position with REDA. Please join me in thanking Cheryl for her service to our community.

Today, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Suzann Eisenberg Murray of the Dendros Group, as the Interim Executive Director of REDA. Suzann is a seasoned nonprofit executive who brings over 30 years of leadership experience with her and has spent the last decade serving organizations in transitions. Her consulting firm, the Dendros Group, is located in Lowertown and she and her business partner are both St. Paul residents. They are dedicated to our city, to small business and to community building.

During this eight-week transition period, the Board has asked Suzann to work with the staff to take a close look at internal processes and program models and to engage the community and REDA stakeholders in providing perspectives about the future direction of the organization. Suzann and the staff will be creating capacity-building goals and recommendations for the REDA Board to consider at the May Board Meeting.

Please join me in welcoming Suzann to REDA.

Thank you for your unwavering support of REDA and our work.

Sincerely,

Jim Gilbert
Board President
